John Belcastro: Carpet Cleaning Robocall Ringleader Exposed

Here's what we know:

- The same carpet cleaning call has been made to residents in at least three states: California, Nevada, and Idaho.
- They've been robocalling people for at least ten years.

- The lowlifes that show up after an appointment is scheduled are different in different places (it's not one or two guys operating in all of these different locations).

Our initial hunch was that there's one ringleader who has recorded the script, buys or rents phone number lists, then uses shady services like Robodial.org to blast out the calls. He then hires lowlifes and ex-cons off of
Craigslist to do the actual service calls, taking a cut on all of the leads he provides.

After some further digging, it turns out that our initial hunch was spot on.

So who is the ringleader? Could it be John Belcastro AKA George Chapman of Las Vegas,

Scumbag robocaller John Belcastro was ultimately fined $10,000 for running this scheme in Boise, Idaho in 2007, but obviously he never learned his lesson and now needs to go to prison: Carpet Cleaning Solicitor Pays $10,000, Stops Idaho Calls

Bizarrely, he actually encourages drug addicts. These are not the people you want in your home or rental property.

John Belcastro: If I were you, I'd be looking over your shoulder. WE ARE ON TO YOU.

We will not distinguish between the ringleader and the people that work for him. You are all in our cross hairs.
